Getting Out Permanent Marker Stains

Ok, so your kid ended up getting permanent marker all over the kitchen counter top, what do you do?

There are many "home remedies" and some work and some don't.

If you want to get the real scoop on how to get these stains out from just about every kind of surface, check out a how-to guide I put together, along with my recommendations.

My son accidentally stained our beige carpet with a green sharpie when he dropped it. My wife was so frantic since we were about to have guests in 2 days. We had no time to remedy it and my wife was kind of scared that if she cleaned it using home remedies, it would ruin the carpet. So we called up a carpet cleaning (Hiram, GA) company and had the carpet cleaned. It's as good as new!

Anyway, thanks for sharing the how-to guide. I'll never know when my kid would put sharpie on our surfaces.

I never expected that there are actually plenty of companies in this area that offer this kind of service.
